🌿 Clean Beauty Charlotte – Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Clean Beauty Charlotte, we value your time and commitment to self-care. Please review our purchase and cancellation guidelines before booking or ordering.


💅 Services (Hair & Nails)

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all service appointments. Deposits are applied toward your final balance.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled once without penalty.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    • No-shows may be charged up to 50–100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.

  • Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation at the stylist’s discretion.


🛍 Products (Online & In-Store Purchases)

  • Payments: All product purchases must be paid in full at checkout.

  • Returns/Exchanges: Please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligible items.

  • Order Cancellations:

    • Online orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not begun.

    • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


📦 Subscriptions or Special Purchase Plans (if offered)

  • Customers may cancel subscription or recurring purchase plans at any time through their account portal or by contacting us directly at [your email].

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
