  • Skincare, Haircare, Body Care & Cosmetics: For hygiene reasons, all beauty, body, and hair products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

  • Jewelry & Accessories: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Candles & Home Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
