📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items may take longer; processing times will be noted in the product description.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

📍 Local Pickup (Midland, NC)

  • Local customers may select Free Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup details will be sent via email once your order is ready.

🕊 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Clean Beauty Charlotte is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
