We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. All payments are securely processed through our website.
Processing Time
All Clean Beauty Charlotte products are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) for order processing. Orders are shipped throughout the week, and you will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
We also offer international shipping.
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $49.99 (after taxes and discounts).
Once your tracking number is issued, please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear.
Delivery times (after processing):
U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: Clean Beauty Charlotte is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims must be filed directly with USPS.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Charlotte area at:

Pickup orders are ready within 7 business days.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to choose from available pickup time windows.
Please arrive during your selected window. If missed, you’ll need to reschedule for the next available slot.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within the Charlotte area for a small fee.
Local delivery orders are processed within 7 business days.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a delivery window that works best for you.
Deliveries are made only during your selected window. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handmade and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or refunds.
We do allow exchanges for non-cosmetic items (such as tools or accessories) within 3 days of delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, please email cleanbeautyclt@gmail.com with a description and photo(s) of the issue.
